The second-strangest speed limit sign in New Jersey (second to only the 9 1/2 MPH speed limit sign at the Cape May Zoo) at Blue 42 Restaurant and Bar in Elmwood Park. Great food and drinks at Blue 42, but remember, don't drink and drive!
