CR 507 runs from Kearny to Mahwah. From Ho-Ho-Kus to Mahwah, CR 507 uses the Franklin Turnpike, the historic alignment of NJH 2 / NJ 17.

Hudson County:

Other than its overlap with NJ 7, CR 507 follows Schuyler Avenue in Kearny and is largely unsigned.

One of the few CR 507 shields in Hudson County. CR 507 has a short overlap with NJ 7 before departing for Bergen County.

Bergen County:

CR 507 junctions US 46.
