37 miles to travel through two counties. And this route is the reason why CR 513 doesn't reach the New York border.
Morris County:
CR 511 passes through Whippany and Parsippany. In the latter, CR 511 has an overlap with US 202 until Boonton. US 202 is county-maintained.
CR 511 in downtown Boonton. Historic buildings line this stretch of road.
Scenic, hilly CR 511 between Boonton and Butler.
CR 511 in Butler. Shortly after Butler, CR 511 crosses into Bloomingdale in Passaic County.
Passaic County:
CR 511 crosses the Pequannock River into Bloomingdale, Passaic County. On the bridge is an old Passaic County inventory sign.
CR 511 in Bloomingdale, Passaic County.
CR 511 meets CR 511 Alternate and I-287. Why is the JCT banner missing?
CR 511 passes through the main business districts of Wanaque, such as Haskell.
Scenic CR 511 is the Greenwood Lake Turnpike.
CR 511 follows the western shore of Greenwood Lake.
The end of CR 511 at the New York border in Greenwood Lake, where it becomes NY 210. What's with the white END banner with black text, when it should be blue with yellow text? This is a recent installation, not an old sign, Passaic County!
