CR 528 spans the east-west length of the state across Burlington and Ocean Counties, right in the middle of the state. The route stretches from the Delaware River to the Atlantic Ocean.
Burlington County:
CR 528 starts at CR 545 in downtown Bordentown. Both CR 528 and CR 545 are unsigned.
The town hall of Bordentown is located along CR 528.
CR 528 has a large junction with US 206/US 130 just after leaving Bordentown.
