The lone directional reassurance marker pictured above signs this route as east-west, but signs from other roadways sign CR 536 Spur as north-south (north matches east, south matches west).
CR 536 Spur connects to US 322 and NJ 42 in Williamstown. CR 536 ends de facto at NJ 42, and used to end de facto where US 322 intersects CR 536. As for official routing, it is unknown if CR 536 Spur extends de jure along US 322 to intersect CR 536.
