FL 407 serves as a high-speed, two-lane connector between FL 528 to and from I-95 to the north (FL 528 EB to I-95 NB, I-95 SB to FL 528 WB), as well as to the Kennedy Space Center (via FL 405).
That's it. A two lane road.
FL 407 is dedicated to the astronauts who died during the Challenger disaster.
At the northern end of FL 407 where that road junctions FL 405. There's the state name on the I-95 shields.
