I-190 in Illinois

 

This short road is the leg of the Kennedy Expressway that connects O'Hare to I-294 and I-90.

Exit 0? Didn't think I'd see this anywhere else but Cape May.

Okay. Why does I-190 have this exit westbound, even though this is effectively a collector-distributor for I-90 until "Exit 0"?
