I-276 is the easternmost stretch of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, running 29.78 miles and serving as a northern bypass of Philadelphia. The exit numbers are so high because these numbers reflect the mainline Pennsylvania Turnpike's mileage from the Ohio state line to I-95 (formerly up to the Delaware River), rather than I-276's own mileage.
I-276 comes to a large interchange with I-476 (Mid-County) and Germantown Pike (Norristown). The exit numbering here is interesting because these were originally two different interchanges.
I-476 northbound does not have an exit number because it is the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
I-476 southbound has two different exit numbers.
- I-476 south is accessed via Exit 333 (Norristown) on I-276 eastbound because the Norristown interchange has a ramp to I-476 south.
- Exit 20 (Mid-County) is the I-476 exit number for following I-476 south or accessing I-476 south from I-276 westbound. I-276 westbound has a high-speed flyover ramp to I-476 southbound.
Using a THIS LANE sign instead of EXIT ONLY.

High-speed all-electronic tolling gantries.
While I-276 does not reach Harrisburg, this sign is meant for the Pennsylvania Turnpike as a whole.
I-95 southbound is signed here, especially because the Pennsylvania Turnpike/I-95 interchange still does not have full access. That interchange is completed in terms of making I-95 continuous, but the other movements have yet to be constructed.

Eastbound Exit 352 was built on the site of the former South Neshaminy Service Plaza. Few remnants remain of the plaza after the ramp was built.
Remnants of the westbound North Neshaminy Service Plaza.

The Neshaminy Falls Toll Plaza. This is the easternmost barrier toll plaza, and the last toll eastbound traffic pays. Westbound traffic pays a toll after crossing out of New Jersey, but that's a toll for crossing the Delaware River-Turnpike Toll Bridge.
Yes, I-276 does end where it meets I-95 and I-295. No, I-95 does not begin here. I-276 merges onto I-95 northbound.
Notice the I-95 exit number here, Exit 42 for US 13. I-276 used to extend to the New Jersey state line but now ends at I-95. Exit 42 used to be Exit 358.
Pavement markers for truck restrictions.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike mainline (which I-95 is a part of) is treated as following as an exit from I-95. This is because the PA Turnpike Authority no longer signs the I-95 stretch of the Turnpike as such to avoid confusion. Also look at the pavement markers.
I-276 begins westbound where I-95 leaves.
