I-470 in West Virginia

 

A bypass of downtown Wheeling, and more importantly, the Wheeling Tunnel. Why this isn't the mainline of I-70 beats me, especially because I-70 drops down to one lane WB as it approaches the Wheeling Tunnel while I-470 is two lanes in each direction throughout.
