I-64 in West Virginia

Despite not ending in a zero, I-64 is a crucial east-west highway in West Virginia. It also overlaps with I-77, to see that section of I-64, see the I-77 page.

I'm surprised this three-level stack exists. The connector road wasn't intended to be a freeway.
