I-65 / I-70:

I-65 has assumed primacy along its concurrency with I-70 because the I-65 exit numbers are used here.





This shortcut once led vehicular traffic from Virginia Avenue northbound directly to the I-65 / I-70 northbound entrance ramp at Calvary Street but was closed in 2016 because of vehicular and pedestrian safety concerns. Instead, traffic uses Calvary Street to access the ramp.
