Lafayette / West Lafayette Roads

On Soldiers Home Road where it bends to meet River Road (former IN 43). And definitely not MUTCD compliant. I guess someone just went to the hardware store and made this patchwork. But it works.

Cast iron street sign in downtown Lafayette.

The Davis Ferry Bridge.

Only in Indiana do you get these ridiculous compound street names where you have a Street Road (9th Street Road). Just like Kessler Boulevard Drive in Indianapolis.

Signs at Ripple and Company, a restaurant in a former garage in Lafayette.

On the intersection of Agriculture Mall Drive and Horticulture (Hort) Drive in the Purdue University campus. I don't know which sign shop does these, but the font is terrible.

North Street between Andrew Place and Northwestern Avenue in West Lafayette. Who misaligned all the letters?

Wood Street used to connect directly to the Agriculture Mall, but the connection was severed when Pao Hall was built. There is a trace of the old street in the form of the sidewalks.

A street sign at the Eleventh House coffee shop in Lafayette. But the Eleventh House isn't on 11th Street!

A sign for the corner of State Street and Pierce Street at Harry's Chocolate Shop in West Lafayette. Appropriate because of its location on that street corner.
