US 1-9 Truck

 

US 1-9 Truck is the original Lincoln Highway and a truck bypass for the Pulaski Skyway.

Turns out, the AISC likes the Passaic River bridge!

NJDOT recognizes US 1-9 as east-west (per the compass), but signs are north-south to match the signed directions of US 1 and US 9.

The Hackensack River Bridge.

NJ 7 begins at US 1-9 Truck in Jersey City. With the reconstruction of the Wittpenn Bridge, NJ 7 is the through route and US 1-9 Truck is the exit. This junction is the former site of the Charlotte Circle.
