US 206 Bypass is a bypass of the main commercial district of Hillsborough Township. This was supposed to be the new mainline of US 206, but the section of US 206 in the commercial district still hasn't been relinquished, so this designation remains.
For its entire length, US 206 Bypass is a divided highway.
US 206 Bypass comes to a quadrant interchange with CR 514. The quadrant connection is called Service Road and is county-maintained.
