CR 506 Spur

The continuation of the historic Newark-Pompton Turnpike / Bloomfield Avenue from Glen Ridge to Newark. This comes after CR 506 leaves the former turnpike to reach Belleville instead of Newark.

CR 506 Spur begins just as CR 506 turns towards Belleville.

CR 506 Spur WB in downtown Bloomfield. This is the more interesting direction because the Frank M. Leo Associates Building, a Bloomfield landmark, is more prominent along CR 506 Spur WB.

An egregious signing mistake in the heart of downtown Bloomfield. CR 504 doesn't even exist in Essex County. This is CR 506 Spur.

Much better.

CR 506 Spur intersects the Garden State Parkway. Notice this old guiderail.
