CR 561A-D

CR 561 has multiple remnants and old alignments that are still kept as part of the route. These are known as CR 561A, CR 561B, CR 561C, and CR 561D (or if you follow the NJDOT SLDs: CR 561-1, CR 561-2, CR 561-C, and CR 561-4). These came to be when CR 561 was realigned to bypass Gibbsboro and Cedar Grove.

For some reason, the Gibbsboro pieces are CR 561A, CR 561B, and CR 561D, while the Cedar Grove piece is CR 561C. That's odd because I thought the alphabet comes in a sequence!

CR 561A (CR 561-1)

CR 561A (or CR 561-1) is Haddon Avenue in Gibbsboro.

CR 561B (CR 561-2)

CR 561B (or CR 561-2) is Foster Avenue in Gibbsboro.

The only sign for CR 561B.

The short length of CR 561B, between Camden CR 686 and Camden CR 699.

CR 561C (CR 561-3)

CR 561C (or CR 561-3) is Cedar Brook Road in Cedar Brook.

Signs on Cedar Brook Road only point to other county routes.

CR 561D (CR 561-4)

CR 561D (or CR 561-4) is Berlin Road in Gibbsboro.

The only sign for CR 561D.
