Former IN 434 was a connector between US 421 and US 31 in Meridian Hills. The route was deleted when all non-interstate routes inside I-465 were diverted or deleted. Interestingly, IN 34 doesn't exist today, but used to exist as part of US 136.
IN 434 began at US 421, the Michigan Road.
